 AC Drag Club is a student-run, non-profit organization at Algonquin College that brings drag, community, and creativity together in a safe and inclusive environment. Founded in 2023, our mission is to celebrate drag as both an art form and a powerful tool for connection, expression, and empowerment within the 2SLGBTQ+ community. We create welcoming spaces through drag shows, open stage events, mentorship, workshops, and meet-ups (online and in-person). Our events are fully accessible and open to all students and 2SLGBTQ+ community members, with bilingual programming in French and English. Everyone is invited to perform, participate, or simply enjoy the experience. AC Drag Club stands for equity, respect, and non-discrimination.

We work to highlight and support diverse voices, including trans and non-binary people, racialized and Indigenous students, people with disabilities, and anyone exploring their identity.
